So I fell asleep the other day, mesmerized by watching a roundabout for too long.

What woke me up was a "Howdy" of unknown origin.
Not sure if my ears were still dizzy, so I didn't pay too much attention.

But the volume would increase when scrolling near this one Roundabout and the
"Howdy" rotated either with a "Yee-Haw" or "Do ya got the guts, boy?!".

Zooming in, there would be this one guy, called "Phil House" who seemed to be
always closest to the sounds of the south. So I followed this assumed hack.

It was a tourist, yelling to my resident cims. 'kept an eye on this fella..

At one point there was a chair in the center and only Phil would use it, frequently yelling.
Till a truck stopped and the driver whispered something like "All hope is gone" or "Let's get it on".
I'm not quite sure with this one. A second chair popped up and the steambrowser with this:

When I closed the vid, Phil was gone and the scene was set as it is to date.
Obviously Phil challenged the wrong guy, resulting in a go-kart-rodeo with trolleys attached.

OUTPUT

The upside is that the Rodeobout now features four hopefully diverse corners.
Six parking slots with a replacement-kart to keep the game going.
A small plaza with toilets, bicycle racks and the evidence of Phil 'Bigmouth' House's presence.
A pass-by park and one to have a shaded pick-nick.

The downside being that Phil hardened, by spreading shopping carts all over the place,
even my last indigenous reclusive cims. Who now start to abandon buildings if they aren't
in the radius of an accident.

So I had to adjust the stats as following to the (default park settings)

Cost: 5000 (1000)
Maintenance: 80 (100)
Garbage: 3 (0)
Tourist
High: 40 (50)
Med: 55 (50)
Low: 65 (50)
Entertainment Accumulation: 110 (50)
Entertainment Radius: 450 (400)

No tree can be blamed and no billboard got used this time around.

The release of this asset got delayed by one day because I really wanted
to have a polished final version and my brain isn't as effective as I want others to believe.
But with the help of this guy and his guide (http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=423546402), I finally was able to add an Ingame-Icon: Yee-Haw!
The disadvantage being though, that the file now is 4MB bigger than usual. But hey, worth it, eh?!
I will work on polishing the icons itself but for now I hope it's good enough.

Most glitches and terraforming got polished, but one remains:
The cims will sit on the table but some will just pop in and out.
I tried different variations, as this happens to glitching props in the editor too,
but after I spotted more than four cims in a row disappearing on a four-chair-table-set:
I'm pretty sure it is a bug.
Nevertheless there will be almost anytime someone sitting there, so i hope that's acceptable.

Cims may not respect custom props at all time, but as I completely rely on these, I do and you should too. So check out their creators featured in the required items list and give them the Yee-Haw! they deserve.


To those who may not know how to place such assets:
1. Drag a temporary road near the spot where you want to place the park.
2. Place the Park.
3. Delete the temporary road and connect the streets with yours.
