Just an update of Farengar's L1A1 THAT REPLACES THE FAL - with new normals and speculars.

Comes with viewmodel, worldmodel and UI icons.

Remastered wood version here.

This is a high detail reskin. With low antialisaing and texture filtering it may look hideous. There may also be a slight VRAM preformance hit. Don't expect stellar results on a barley minimum spec machine.

I have a request, will you make it for me?
Not unless I'm interested in it myself, or there's a large group of people interested. I'm pretty tied up with other things.

Can you show me how to make models textures?
Yes and no. I'm always happy to help, but there are plenty of guides on the steam workshop, and the internet at large that cover a lot of the basics. If you don't know what 'baking' in 3D vernacular means, you probably should go read them first.

Why is this so detailed? Ew it looks gross.
I am well aware some people prefer the smooth flat look of the vanilla textures, that's what they - and Farengar/Austin's origional skins are for. I prefer trying to stretch the limits of what Source can pack into a vmt.

I have a problem...something's not working right.

I don't know if I'll get the time to fix this for the latest update. I have a major operation in the next fortnight, and won't be out of the hospital till September. I'd be very grateful if anyone could update tis in my absejce, otherwise I'm afraid it will have to wait till I return.
