Transitional Urban Agriculture
115 items
Description
lvl1 3x3 LDC based on geniusloci200's containerstore lvl1.
"It's actually offgrid, but the council, you know...? Entering the rooftop-café at your own risk, no liability."

Disclaimer: Residential and commercial buildings of the Transitional Urban Agriculture (TUA) collection have mixed levels and are meant to be used together to give a city a conistent appearance.
Does not grow into the same thing, sadly. Working on that though. Help + Info appreciated. Please rate if you like!
Also, read the collections description if you want to know what's the roots of this asset.

C-LOG: edit title, info and disclaimer. Gonna work on wonky-wall-spawning problem, stay tuned! ...While camping the Apple-Store for the new I-phone Omega release ;)
C-LOG 2: Finally added list of props, re-arranged some items and added AfterDark-lighting for fireplace-mood.
C-LOG 3: Small update with new snapshot. (No idea why it's cropped so strangely)

Thanks!

Ah yeah, I've used that before! It's a good mod, really helps you make a city look the way you want it to.

@HyphenTorpedo you could also try out the control building level-up mod from http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=410535198 (it hasn't been updated in a while, but for me it works)

Hey forestfey, sorry I didn't reply sooner, I didn't get a message to say that you had left a comment! It works really well, the only issue is that it upgrades so the building becomes a high tech home, which is actually quite good in a way. It's like I have refugees that, as the years go by, slowly earn enough money to build and live in more traditional homes.

I have a few screenshots on my profile but I don't think I have many with any of these buildings in it unfortunately.

updated list of props and gave the asset a slight polishing. A container 3-stack got exchanged for a 2-stack, there's already enough props needed. The applestore-screenshot isn't showing the latest version, though.

hehe, thank yooou <3 Your plan sounds great, I wonder, did you manage to make different styles with buildings suiting your idea? I guess that would make it easier, but the (game-given) interface somehow doesn't allow me to add my buildings to styles like 'european' and so on. Also, some of the templates I used are probably 'broken' due to the after dark aupdates. And then there's the problem with Xave's flowerbushes and the himawari-sunflowers, those don't get shown anymore... If I find the time and (tedious?) inspiration, I will remake the affected herbal-homes with the new bushes and other flowers, plus 'needed items' list then, of course!
I would love to see some screenshots of your green-groomed city/cities though? :D

Thanks for all of these buildings (including others in the collection)! I've been wanting to make a mixed city, one with poverty surrounding dystopian and futuristic highrises and some eco-villages out in the sticks.
