Description
Traffic can drive on the road and you can zone the sides of the road.

How to place:
I=Roads you want to connect it to.
N=The park
E=Temporary road you delete after placed the park.
->=Drag roads to connect to the park.

III->NNN<-III

Really great! Is it compitable with traffic ++(can you restrict traffic by using that mod, then it would be really realistic!)?

In case you're interested I changed the excavator props as the original ones had almost 2000 tris (managed to cut it down to just above 700).

Thank you for this, I'm really enjoying using the this so much I wanted to create my own. Any advice/suggestions for creating my own construction asset for a newbie? Cheers and thanks.

You should add the props as required items (on the left sidebar there should be option) - that way everyone will get prompted to install the props if they haven't already got them. ;)
