Palace of La Moneda Wonder

Description
Add the Presidencial Palace of La Moneda as a wonder for civ5. Requires Brave New World

English and Spanish texts includes.

+5 gold, +5 culture. Can only be built on a Capital. +4 tourism after researching Globalization. contains two spaces for great works of art or artifacts. A free great people in the city where it is built.

Sorry for the texts, but the english language isn't my common language.

as a chilean, I think this is should provide way less everything.

I think I would tone down the numbers of gold and culture to make it less OP (really; 5 gold, 5 culture, a free GP, 4 tourism AND 2 free GW slots all in one?!), but that aside, it's a nice wonder.

Art files are not correct setting in ModBuddy. They must be 'true' for Import Into VFS. See here: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=487846 .

No such column <ThemingBonus> in <Buildings>. This will cause complete discard of file by the game. Theming Bonuses values and their TXT_KEY references except for <ThemingBonusHelp> must be established in table <Building_ThemingBonuses>
