NOTE:
Okay, bros here's the deal... this building was actually made with Color Variations and CustomProps in mind. As Props are broken since 1.07c, just like Color Variations on all L2 + L3 lower commercial templates since release, I made some alternatives with working Color Variations you might like.

For now this release looks mostly like the High Density one but has only one color variation. I'll fix it when developers fixed stuff. (so the screens aren't up to date)

If anyone knows a lower commercial L2+3 template that actually works plz msg me though I don't think I missed one.

was able to fix props using this manual:

still only one color variation for this one. will update the other releases with my customprops.

UPDATE 23.04.2017:
Installed all addons and took a quick look at the new texture features.
I already simplified the model some time ago (~1200 polys compared to 3k in the original version) so I might upload an updated version in the near future.
