Le Mall of Extreme Morderation - Be careful, it's large!

-Very large size (15x9)
-Costs $25000
-$500 Maintanence
-Low Fire Hazard
-High Electricity Consumption
-High Worker Count
-High Tourist Accumulation
-Low Sewerage Consumption (High Water Consumption)

The Mall of Extreme Morderation is an attempt to make the current Mall of Moderation a bit more extreme. It felt very bland, so I improved it to the best of my ability. This is my first Asset, so I hope it is good!

(To those who have already viewed this asset, I apologise for the lack of info until now)!

*UPDATE*
I have noticed that the Mall of Extreme Moderation has shown up as 'New Asset'. I have no idea why it is happening, but It should be in the Level II Unique Buildings under the name New Asset.

Thanks for the small amount of support lads! Im stunned to see that the Mall of Extreme Moderation is already part of 4 Collections, and has more subscribers than unique visitors! Keep it up boys, its great to see!

SingingTurnip, The Mall of Extreme Moderation will not replace your current one. It is a completely different asset.

If I "subscribe" to this will it replace the one in my city or will I need to delete the building and replace it with this or what?
