Ciudad Feliz (Happy Town Achievement)

Hi everybody! I made it, finally! You can achieve it, but you need to be careful with the global happiness. You can view it pressing ESC during the game and click "Statistics". When a new window opens, select only the check mark "Happiness". It is calculated adding all active zones (residence, commerce, industry and offices).
What I did: deleted all commerce and offices and left only residences (99%) and industry (100%) and waited 5 years (99+100)/2 = ~99% happiness.
I hope you understand what I mean :-)

I made the city run for over 10 years, and sometimes the residential area comes down to 94% Happyness, so thats the problem, but the way you thinked this city I will try make my own and do the achievment. But thanks for make avaible this save!

The achievment is possible using other users saves, I think the problem is the speed up mod (at least for me it didnt work until I disabled it t get other achievments...)

@asuna Sorry to hear that. Must be that you can not get the achievement in other user save game. I will change the description once anyone else confirm that theory.
If you want to get the achivement the key is to get rid of the commercial zones once you have offices. Only Residential, Offices and Industry, lot of public services and lot of public transport. Is easy once you catch the hang of it.

Hey, thanks for the effort! :) Sadly the achievement didn't unlock for me either, tho I got Higher Education. I don't know what prevented the Happy Town achievement from poping as my happiness never droped below 95% either :(

@Kraxe I found the same problems myself in several saves I've found in the Workshop, and that's why I got to try do it on my own from the beginning.
I have no confirmation that my save works (for now), you're the first to comment and give me some feedback.
What I can confirm is that the Achievements works on saved games from other users, at least Tough City (the other achivement that resisted me) what I got with a save from the workshop.
Maybe this achivement is special and it is impossible to achieve by this method?
I'd say to wait and see if any other user comment on this issue.
