A Collection of the best Buildings, Parks, Assets and most usefull Mods on the Workshop. Tested to make sure their Quality is worth the Download, as well as their fairness in terms of Game Balancing. I will continue to update this Collection daily, so feel free to give me some Suggestions! Currently sitting at an astonishing 245 Mods/Assets!

~~~~~~!INFORMATION!~~~~~~
People have asked why I dont have some Mods other packs have or Assets. First off, if they do not meet certain Quality standards in terms of looks/balancing, they will stay out of here until its fixed/adapted. Best example is the Multi-Story Carpark avaliable, which is functional but lacks any real texturing. Those mods are being watched as to not miss them when theyre ready for this list!

Additionaly I make sure to not have variations of the same Mod in here as other Collections have, which seem to incluede anything that sounds usefull without really seeing if its worth the download/already in the pack.

Update 2.1:

I havent been posting updates recently, but Ive been constantly adding items to the collection! I will for the most part continue to do so, but not as frequently update the "Updates" part of this information panel.

Update 2.0

Added in paintbrush mod and loads of assets to make your own buildings, inclueding containers and beach related assets.

Update 1.9

Added in more buildings, the new Asset viewer for the Main Menu, aswell as "Drosovilas Modular Football Stadium"! Enjoy it!

Update 1.8

Added in "Carnival Park" and some new Growable buildings + the assets needed for them. Get ready, because Modular Stadion is coming in soon! :D

Update 1.7

Added in Picnic in the park (Picnic Park aswell as new assets to make your own parks better) and Big park which totals 18x40 tiles.

Update 1.6

Added in many custom buildings(unique & growable) aswell as a Mod to make the Modoverview ingame a tad bit better!

Update 1.5:

Added more Assets(1 Stadium, new Park and some more), as there havent been many new Mods lately. This also incluedes DP'S high density Commercia buildings and NY high density. Incluedes the Map "Flatland" now, because its awesome!

Update 1.4:

Added stricter Slopes aswell as Correct Road height which adds more heights to chose from for your Roads/paths! Incluedes "Randomized Building Names" too. Now you will stop having 1000 1x1 fish factories :D
