-Reduced volume
-1080p
-24 frames per second

Instructions:
-Subscribe
-Load Left 4 Dead 2 and wait for mod to finish loading
-Close Left 4 Dead 2
-Go to your "-Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\media" directory
-Create a new folder anywhere on your computer to save your original files as back up
[Just in case you want to revert them back]
-Move whichever all five files of l4d2_background##.bik into the new back up folder
[Or move just one of the l4d2_background##.bik file you wish to replace into the new back up folder]
-Open "-Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop" directory in another window
-Copy my .vpk file into your media folder
[You can find it by viewing on a corresponding picture with the same name]
-Rename the .vpk extension to .bik
-Rename the actual name of the file to whichever one or more you wanted to replace
[If you wish to replace more than one then simply copy and paste the same file four more times and rename each accordingly]
[Make sure it all looks the same as before you started to replace. Meaning you should have l4d2_background01.bik, l4d2_background02.bik, l4d2_background03.bik, l4d2_background04.bik, and l4d2_background05.bik]
-Enjoy-

Note#1: Somehow theres always a weird small bar at the very bottom of the screen. Not very noticeable if you don't pay attention to it but if someone knows or can give an educated guess on how to fix it then a nice message on how to get rid of said bar would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
Note#2: File size is quite large.
Note#3: Obviously, this upload doesn't follow the standard other people have done. I've already sent in a ticket but got a complete bull**** reply after seven days of waiting. So instead please enjoy my upload. If you have any objections about this upload then please comment in a kind and civilized manner.

once you can see your extension simply rename it just like how you would rename any file.

Hey, I am on windows 10, and I do not remember how to change it from .VPK to .BIK, could you please help me with this

ah yes. I was able to find that. sorry meant to report that back here. just turning that off made it so you can change file extensions

I now also have Windows 10 and I can change the file extension and the file name just fine after disabling "Hide extensions for known file types". Sorry can't help you much here.

on windows 10 just renaming the file and adding .bik at the end does not work. it just becomes l4d2_background01.bik.vpk Anyone know what to do?

The actual file is a ".bik" file. It's found in your "-\workshop" folder after you have clicked the subscribe button. The name will be a bunch of numbers so you need to find my thumbnail picture first. Ignore the picture but copy the ".vpk" file with the same name as the picture. You will need to change the name (the bunch of numbers) and the extension (.vpk) after you have copied it into your "-\media" folder. Refer to my comment below with a link to imgur for visuals.
