Disregard my previous comment, the reason is because a certain addon is missing, and it contains certain attachments, like how the obama user said. https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=354842171
Perhaps a coding mistake where it should exclude the COD4 Attachments if you don't have that certain addon? I don't know, these mods are most likely are not supported anymore, and i am wasting my time. But this is a fix to the "md_cod4_reflex" problem. I've been trying to google a fix to this, and all this time, i was missing a CERTAIN ADDON.

Not trying to be rude or anything, but everyone are lucky bastards not having problems while us poor bastards are suffering because of some "md_cod4_reflex" ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I didn't have this problem before when i installed CW 2.0 addons!

it's broken and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about non existent attachments
the attachment UI doesnt load because of it
probably because it uses addons from mods which arent listed as required
