Moonglow Village (120+ instant house spots)

Description
Moonglow Village (120+ instant house spots) is the first of many "Straight out of the box" road placements which can support housing, commercial or industrial.

+ The screenshot is the only residential on the map, and it's housing nearly 1200 people!
+ Nearly 1200 people and the houses are only at level 2 of 5 at the moment.
+ I've put Fire, Police and an Elementary school in the middle, all green roads! (clinic and high school are next, but not in screenshot).

I decided to start making these because I like to scatter villages around my city, and this is a quick and easy way to do that. I would probably recommend two one-way 2-lane roads going in and out, but I'll leave that up to you ;) At the moment, there are no traffic lights in this build.

The entrance is the road without a tree at the end, but you can put the entrance anywhere of course! Look out for more from me soon!

If you open the asset editor in-game and remove the paths linking the middle roads and another round the edge then you can use this from the start - just add in the walking paths later when they unlock at 1400+ population. :)

Have they changed something? Because the city in the screenshot has a pop of 1,163. :pandashocked:

This looks like a great tool to use to start your city off with, however you need to have a population of 4000 to use it...#pointless

You could certainly make two or three more entrances with this layout though and divide traffic between them. :worker:

That seems to be useful for the first 30 mins ingame. after that you will get a big traffic jam with that thing...

This is a great design. I use it all the time and you can tweek it so you can't see a pattern. The col-de-sac mod works great with it as well. Good job!
