Highway connection with frontage roads (v.1)

Frontage roads are usefull to deal with traffic comming to and from highway crossing city. This version has no traffic lights and should deal with congestion pretty well. You should use 2 of those aligned for perfect setup. If you do not want cars to cross highway delete the elevated one-way streets. Remember to add separate bridges though.
