Laura would be nice in this game actually, her non-insta kills attacks would remove 30% health.
If she grabs you with her main attack, she will pin you down like in TEW, the first and second hit will remove alot of your health, but not down you, the third one will add blood on your face, while downing you to 150% health, the fourth adds more blood, a gorey blood effect, and to 30% health, and the last one blows your head off. I imagine her ignoring CI but her secondary attacks can hit any NPC. She won't target Special Infecteds but will attack them if they're in her way or scratch her.

That was my idea for Laura in L4D, lol.
