Description
Categorized under parks but actually a 1x4 space that's just full of garbage. Use this to fill alleys or other gaps in commercial or other low property value areas. Doesn't provide great entertainment value for residents, but it's cheap to build and maintain - and hey, it's garbage what do you expect?
