Turku, Finland - V1.7 (Over 9000 clicks later -edition)

Now you can build the great earlier capital city of Finland, Turku! Featuring also the beautiful Aura-river and island of Ruissalo. Also you'll finally get the opportunity to sink Turku into the Archipelago Sea! Map is based on real height data and it's build with great love and tender touch. Though for gameplay purposes I've smoothed some things etc.

Will you make a peaceful farming town, or just utilize the great connections and focus on industry? Will you fall the great oak forests of Ruissalo and anger the environmental activists? (No activists in the game yet, you'll have to imagine them :( )

Resources are somewhat balanced, though they do not represent real life. So I don't recommend starting any oil companies based on the map resource distribution. For gameplay purposes the height data is also adjusted.

Starting highways are from my imagination, the ship routes are somewhat accurate. Don't know about airplanes, because I don't have enough money to fly them.

I'll keep updating and making this map better when I have the time and energy! Also feel free to drop a comment.
