Dear VALVE.

I have 10+ years of experience in game audio as a music composer, sound designer and voice director. I'm a fan of DOTA 2 as well as a fan of Russian language, reading, translation and of course, sound recording.

You see, that a way big community has gathered around this project, you see the voting results. This is because people have been played with this VO for about six mounth already. We developed a user-frendly launcher which installs the VO to DOTA 2 using "-enable_addons". Here is the link: http://www.rusdota2.ru , take a look.

Almost all of the rivals of DOTA (LOL, HOTS and etc.) have Russian voices. And no one would do the Russian Voice-overs for Dota 2 better than us.

I'm Dmitry Kuzmenko. Having 10 years of experience in game audio I create the Russian VO for DOTA 2. I translate the characters' phrases into Russian, write a variety of new ones to avoid the annoying repetitions (of course I carefully follow the LORE), then I cast professional voice-talents and record them in a studio. Yes, I'm the voice director as well.
