As nice as this is in terms of size, it's broken. Putting one down maxes access to leisure for every building in range. That's way OP.

Thank you for the comment! You are right, it should not be so. The reason is that it's my first mod and I don't really know what there numbers mean. You can easily change it by using the modding tool to load the file.

I love the look of it, but it's stats are too powerful for the low size and upkeep price. Only a few of these are enough to service a huge area.
