Death Music: Apparat - Goodbye

Description
Replaces the music for when you die with Goodbye by Apparat, also featured on season 4 of Breaking Bad

Also replaces death 'stings' for teammates, works for both L4D2 and L4D1

Note this does not replace wipe music, only if you die or someone else does
