Fort Doogle

Description
This is my first big build in Medieval Engineers, built entirely during my streams at http://www.twitch.tv/mackdoogle. It features a whole host of technical and design things, some of which were experimental, some of which were smaller ideas which I intend to expand on for future builds. As a lot of it was experimental, I played with structural integrity off, merely to see how stuff worked.

Fort Doogle features ..

- Winchable draw bridge & port cullis
- Rotating and fireable catapult
- Village with store, windmill and sundry houses
- Well
- Manor house
- Mayor's house
- Cathedral
- Watermill
- Castle
- Village tavern
- Blacksmith
- Wagon repair yard
- Cranes & elevators
- Wheelhouse
- Archery range and barracks
- Watchtower
- Lumber yard and conveyer
- Dungeon

Thanks to everyone who came to my streams, and your input - it was a lot of fun! Now to get on with the next 'bug build'!

If you decide to try out Fort Doogle, then I hope you enjoy it :)

More of a city than a fort, but still good job. Although the cathedral looks, well just wierd.

Man, you used my design from the "Cozy Inn" I've published a while ago as your Tavern. I'm flatered that you liked it to the point of adding it to your town! Thanks!

Seeing my stuff used elsewhere is an honour for me. Actually, I've an upgraded version of it already published here at the workshop by the name of "The Best Inn in Town". The newer version is better decorated and features an attached Stable-house for horses.
(I'd update the archieve you used, but I don't know how to do it.... XD)

Anyway, really nice Fort, congratulations!

@Akacgw81 Well the draw-bridge took me two days lol, but the rest probably took about two weeks in all. Most of what I was trying was experimental (learning how stuff worked, or fit together). I'm working on my second build now, which is bigger, more detailed, and has a couple of the ideas in this build, but significantly enhanced. Glad you liked it mate .. cheers!
