Speed Increase

Description
This will increase small ships speed limit to 500m/s and large ships to 450m/s. Due to how the modification works, this is probably not compatible with any other environment mods.

It edits a configuration file which is about the environment. It includes settings like the skybox and speed limits. Installing mine will overwrite another one, or vice versa.

why does it affect invironment mods? got no issues just interested in how it works :)
