Forward outpost

Description
A small deployable outpost with a tug ship.
The outpost contains 4 refineries, 2 arc furnaces and 2 assemblers plus a hangar for 2 small ships.
The tug ship has 2 refineries, 2 arc furnaces, 2 assemblers and a landing pad on the outer hull.
Once the outpost section is deployed the tug ship can be fitted with a welding and grinding modules.
No mods required.
