Hello Kitty comes to Civ! Hello Kitty becomes playable just in time for Valentines day. Spread the love!

Unique Ability: You Can Never Have Too Many Friends- Happiness buildings build in half the time. Declaration of friendship increases great person generation by 15% per civ. Retains 30% of the Happiness benefits from a Luxury Resource if your last copy of it is traded away. Anger free intrusion of city states.

Unique Building: Kitty Cafe- Replaces the Market. Hello Kitty loves food and her mom opened a cafe! Including the normal bonus, adds +3 food and + 1 more gold.

Unique Unit: Cinnamoroll- Replaces the helicopter. Vroo vrooooom! A stonger version of it with more movement and medic promotion.

Custom music: Peace- Hello Kitty Theme/ War- ERA- Ameno

Man, that's a random war theme. Then again, I guess there's not much along the lines of a war theme for Hello Kitty.

I dont know how you would do it as you say, but i do really like this mod. I'm sure if you put a forum post asking about it up you could find out though. You should also have more hello kitty related city names!
