Nasty Coach as Gnome Chompsky

Nasty Coach came to town to replace the Gnome!
Look at his face: this cutie have done something but he is not gonna tell us.
Coach, why are you grinning? What have you done? Coach? Nooo, Coach, not again!!!

Replaces the model, the texture of the sign where the Gnome is, and even the icon of the achievement related (in-game only, not on Steam)

PS: I ask apologize for its collision model, it used to work properly but after some modifies it uses to work bad and I can't understand the nasty reason.
