Free Expansion - No Population Unhappiness

Description
Removes the unhappiness gained from population size. Does not remove the occupied population unhappiness penalty modifier (build a courthouse to make it go away).

I have other mods that allows you to remove (cheat) other unpleasant aspects of the game that you don't like. You can check them out in the link below.

**Disclaimer Note For Everyone After (January 21, 2020): Yes this mod applies to the the AI also. Just because it applies to everyone doesn't change the fact that its a cheat mod because you cheating the game mechanics that were designed by the developers. Not to mention you as a human player are capable of doing things and understanding certain concepts and strategies the AI has no idea about. Also the AI generally cheats anyways either through hidden bonus or certain mechanics not being applied to them, so by removing hindrances to the player you are making things both more fair and unfair at the same time. Its more fair in the sense that you and the AI are closer to playing by the same rules. But at the same time its unfair for the AI because you have a brain and can learn and adapt to different situations, while the AI is scripted to do same thing over and over and can't adapt.

**Disclaimer Note For Everyone After (February 5, 2015): This mod is a cheat mod, not an overhaul. Meaning its NOT suppose to be balanced.

I am open to useful opinions and suggestions.

If you comment only with "this mod makes the game too easy" you will be met with extreme prejudice. My only response to people like you is "NO ♥♥♥♥ EINSTEIN! DO YOU WANT A COOKIE???"

You have the right to that opinion. Its actually a fact not an opinion that this mod makes the game to easy. But what makes you an unwanted person is that you feel the need to point out the obvious.

I want a cookie...

Nice mod. Could be very useful for when you want a more expansionist game. Do you know if it affects how the AI expands?

Needs an update, I still gain unhappiness with this mod, along with all of your other mods. It seems Civ V got a sneaky patch at some point. Thanks!

While I would say the vanila game penalises you to much for trying to play the wide/large empire making it near worthless to even try, this mod if it only eliminated about 60-70% of the unhappiness gained would be more balenced. Still use it so best not complain as its better then nothing for allowing the re-establishment of the U.S.S.R my comrades
