Zoom+ Camera

Description
Increased the zoom of the camera to .05% FoV(Field of View) it was .1%FoV. Also removed laser dots from weapons because they cause a large obstruction when zoomed onto targets.

Idea to add to the mod to increase immersion: shift the skybox scale when zooming so that it looks the same to the eye.

In vanilla when you zoom in the skybox gets huge and blurry, but in real life the stars are so far they don't change (like infinite focus length in a camera).

Never mind. I just didn't know I had to scroll wheel.

Though to be fair as far as I know there are no indications of that in controls.

The camera doesn't seem to work in the current version of the game. Just though't I'd let you know.
