Description
After years of practice and failed results, Dr. Replinitus finally crafted the perfect clone of the worlds best leaders. Or so he thought.

Trait: Overconfidence in Cloning
Recives all the traits of the base leaders but the posetives are only 5% effective and all the negatives trippled.

UU: Failed Mehal Sefari
Replaces the Rifleman. Cloned from an Ethiopian mehal Sefari, It does less damadge and has less movement and sight points and costs double of that to build.

UU: Cloning Spire
Replaces the Monument. Built from an old Stele, It costs double the maintanance than normal and takes double the time to build. It increases the Production and Science of a city. Also clones current military units.

That will probably be when I update my x10 mod later on.

you should make a version where all the positives are full or better and no negatives or normal negatives
