my best block solution has 4 blocks.

for better overview, here are my current best: (all are non-continous)
cycle: 103c/356f/188b
fp: 113c/ 43f/ 89b
blocks: 126c/166f/4b

PS: sorry for spam xD (deleting latest post over again to update it)

Simple yet interesting puzzle
I was able to get 123/50/11 with a continuous cycle of 1-1-2-3-1-2-3-1-2-3-...

yay! i did it again 113/43 minimum fp and a good cycle count

with a modified low fp version (126/43) i could achieve 113/44
stats

this is my start, for easier timing setup and more space for the rest.
and that is the timing and release mechanism for the other welders pre start. and here while running

i just wanted to take the screenshots and thought: "maybe ..." you know the rest
i got 103 cycles, with just one slight change and it still could be lower!
the start beginns with this pattern: 112233 ->
after that it produces 12233 ->
i tried a 2233-> start but it was also 103c, maybe with a 12233 start it could be 2c faster. haven't tried it yet, have to rebuild more for that.
in my 108c version i had 112233-> all the way through

Your 108 solution looks a lot like my 111 solution, except faster... and I honestly have no idea how you got the last 3 cycles off... good job!
