hi :D Well I didnt quite make a skin, The Base game has its own, I just picked one and edited in photoshop(you need a .dds plugin(its easy to get)

I still dont know how to make a skin in 3d ,but the guy from GSM told me that its with 3ds max . Never tried to be honest.

You go editor and load a map , if you wish to have "sky" you press F3 then F9 and then go environment

nop. I only used panzer mod for flags. I did ask for some advices :D This is my first time moding and I am still doing maps.
