Description from wiki:

"This armor is designed in the style of the Lion Knights, a once-mighty order from Forossa. Although the Lion Knights wore heavy armor, they were feared for their nimble two-handed swordplay."

He's fully poseable, ragdolled cloth, you can pose more of his clothes with Joint Tool, this is used better with Ragdoll Mover Tool.

So I didn't read through the comments section because that's about ten pages of comments to go through, but if someone, somewhere was capable of making it a player model and asked for the permission to make said player model, would you be willing to accept that much?

Yeah looks like that, you tend to lose your patience when there's always someone talking about playermodels or giving you shit for not making your ports one, sorry for my rudeness.
