No hunger bar, does not get hungry.
Sanity and Health are combined, both weakness and strength.
Bones may be collected by fallen enemies and 'eaten' to heal large amounts of health, and may also be used in crafting bone stuff. All other consumables restore a whopping 90% less sanity/health than they do with other characters.
Totally lacks a hunger bar, doesn't get hungry ever. Enemies slain drop 'bones' that can heal him, all other healing sources restore a whopping low 10% of the health they should.
Bones can be used in crafting bone tools that are highly effective but have god-awful durability.
Normally friendly mobs mistake him for a monster, and treat him accordingly.
