Description

Minimalist Server Perks is a stripped down version of Marco's Server Perks mutator (http://forums.tripwireinteractive.com/showthread.php?t=36065), providng the bare minimum environment for using custom perks. The mutator can load any number of perks derived from the standard KF perk class, and also allows players to choose their own perk levels

i think this was buggy for me and my friends when we played earlier, man. it would spawn us as random perks when we joined the server. however, it seemed to work perfectly after playing one wave.
