[Exploration] Utility Grinder Mk1

Built on the same chassis as the Utility Tug Mk1. The hull was modified to allow a direct connection between the grinder and the cargo container. This series of Utility ships were build by the Miners who wanted to keep production costs down between the various ships, thus why the same chassis is used reguardless of the work requirement.
