This is a reupload of this pack by Plasm@n so it works with the current version of the game, all I've done is resave it in the WOTC SDK:

"This mod features flags of the Celtic Nations that are missing in the game (Brittany, Cornwall, Galicia, Isle of Man and Wales) as well as Celtic tattoos and facepaints.

- The Gwenn ha du (Flag of Brittany)
- The Flag of St Piran (Flag of Cornwall)
- The Flag of Galicia
- The flag of the Isle of Man
- The flag of Wales

The Flags of Ireland and Scotland are already featured in the game ;)

Celtic symbols tattoos:

They are basic, that's on purpose, as I've noticed there are already quite a number of elaborate celtics tattoos available on the workshop.

- Awen tattoo - A Druidic symbol suitable for Psi Ops and Specialists (medic)

- Shamrock tattoo (Symbol of Ireland) - wearing this tattoo might decrease your operatives'chances of being hit by enemy fire ;)
