I’ve made a small update to this mod, as I wasn’t able to get in touch with the original creator.
This version includes several improvements and adjustments:

Changes made:
• Added an icon to the character interaction.
• Increased the fertility age from 40 to 45 years old.
• Added a full Spanish translation.

The original mod is not required.
English supported.

Description:
Impregnate Spouse allows a male ruler to impregnate his wife, or a female ruler to be impregnated by her husband.

For men:
• Impregnate your wife or concubine through an interaction available once per year.
• Adds a custom opinion modifier toward your wife.
• The wife must be an adult and 45 years old or younger.
• The AI will not use this interaction.

For women:
• You can be impregnated by your husband through an interaction available every 5 years.
• Adds a custom opinion modifier from your husband toward you.
• You must be an adult and 45 years old or younger.
• The AI will not use this interaction.
