Important
When you are using both Court Herbalist and Improved Witchcraft, you will need Folk Healers tradition for this court position to show up.

Compatibility
Should be compatible with many mods since I did not touch any vanilla files.
Save game compatible but new game recommended for compatibility reasons with other mods.

Especially with my Improved Witchcraft. I designed this with Improved Witchcraft in mind. Just place this above Improved Witchcraft.

This is a very good mod. I wish there was a Japanese version.

Update when?

"Your culture needs to have Folk Healers tradition" that's probably it. I have the DLC, but I bet that's what I don't have. Thanks @arkas

@lenpoi @Lucky Dan Like I said for @David Brent, @Emma,

- You need to have and enabled Royal Court DLC
- If you are using Improved Witchcraft Mod:
Your culture needs to have Folk Healers tradition for the court posiiton to be added to the list.
On top of that You need to be landed and to be at least duchy rank to use it .

- If not:
You need to be landed and to be at least duchy rank to use it .

About load order, litterally doesn't metter. Only thing important is for Court Herbalist to be loaded BEFORE Improved Witchcraft

@Lucky Dan, About mod description and documentation yeah you are right, I will update it.
Lucky Dan 16 Oct @ 6:55am
I am not finding the position in my courts either. Going through the comments and also looking through both your mods...

A) There is a documentation "How to" issue between your two mods regarding this one, since you're getting this question a lot, and after going through your answers, I'm still not 100% clear on what is wrong since I "think" I've followed your directions but you give very generic answers like someone who knows exactly how it works and just assumes everyone else understands your underlying rules.

Example: Your load order of "Other mods, your two mods, and other mods"... is nonsensical? Does it need front loaded? Back loaded? Do I have to have other mods in front of it? Behind it?

It almost certainly doesn't matter, but then why put a note like that if it doesn't matter beyond your two mods? Maybe it does matter?

If you're having to come in and answer "How to" questions, probably worth the time to update the documentation in the description of the mod itself.

and - me again - I disabled all mods except Court Herbalist and Improved Witchcraft and I am not seeing them in either court list (are they meant to only appear IF you have the witch trait?)

However, when I ONLY use Court Herbalist it does show up in the list.

note - I am seeing them both in the encyclopedia though

It's also not showing up for me. I have a fair few mods installed, though most of them are events. Also this and improved witchcraft are fairly down the list near the bottom. Neither this nor court alchemist are showing in the unavailable court positions tab either
