[oSB] OpenUI

Description
---/ DISCLAIMER /---

>>> Requires OpenStarbound! <<<

OpenUI must be used with OpenStarbound as it incorporates menu elements and systems added by it. Using this mod in Starbound's default launcher will result in janky looking menus.

A few lua scripts needed to be overwritten in order to modify the look of some menus. Future updates to oSB may end up breaking this mod as a result so please keep that in mind.

---/ ABOUT /---

Makes various changes to Starbound's menus, tooltips and user interfaces for a more polished look while still maintaining that vanilla feel.

Overhauls the interface for:
- Crew Customization +
- Custom Collections UI
- Matter Manipulator Manipulator
- Player Dances and Emotes +

Most custom inventory mods should be compatible out of the box (bk3k, carlucci, etc.) as they will take priority over the changes made by OpenUI. In the rare case that it doesn't, use the OpenUI HUD Disabler addon.

Custom HUDs like Frackin' Interface can be a bit more problematic. If you're experiencing issues with your HUD, use the OpenUI HUD Disabler addon.

OpenUI should not be used with mods that overhaul the visual style of menus. Examples include Arcana UI, Cyberpunk 2077 UI, Flat UI, Nier UI, etc.

---/ ADDONS /---

If you play with custom species, I've made an OpenUI themed slot extender:
+40 slots version:

+240 slots version:

If you're using a custom HUD or inventory mod and are experiencing issues, use this addon:

For people using Anom's Cleaner UI Bars, this addon pairs nicely with it:

@Deku Scrublord Also I tested it on vanilla UI, and realized the problem is still there, so it's not on the side of the mod.

@Deku Scrublord I do play in 1080p, so that's probably why. No matter, it's barely a tiny visual thing. ^^

Also unless I have a mod that also modifies the Teleporter UI I don't know what could be causing it...

@Deku Scrublord Oh it was more of a suggestion, I had an idea in mind where the shield bar was overlayed on top of the HUD healthbar, there was an older mod that did that for another shield mod but I haven't seen it been done with BL2 healthbar, who came out after.

I released an update to fix the item grid log error with enhanced storage and added support for mech overhaul.

@Genbu_Serafino
Bigger Teleporter GUI 3x and 4x (and patman's teleporter gui but big) are all working as intended on my end so you must have some other mod that's breaking it.

What exactly is the issue with BL2 shields? I tried it out and the menus and tooltips didn't look broken to me, unless you mean you want them to be stylized like oUI?

@LekoBluefang
It doesn't look offset to me. Maybe it's a screen resolution thing idk. I play the game in QHD with 3x GUI scaling if that matters.

@LekoBluefang
FU should work just fine with this mod but if you ever run into anything out of place then please let me know.

Getting this whenever opening a 48-slot container:

[Error] Could not apply patch from file /interface/chests/chest48.config.patch in source: '"open_ui"' at 'F:\Steam Library\steamapps\workshop\content\211820\3546647977\contents.pak'. Caused by: (JsonPatchException) Could not apply operation to base. (TraversalException) No such key 'itemGrid2' in pathApply("/gui/itemGrid2/position/1")

Not sure if this is caused here or another mod interaction, but starting here since it does call the workshopID directly.

Great mod, I love the adjustments for the UI. I have a few problems though.

1. There is little compatibility for mods that change mechs.
I've been using a lot of mods that improve upon mechs, Mech Detalist, Cosmetic Mech Slots and Mech Overhaul are examples, but this mod seems to break a few thing with those mods...
Examples are the tooltips for the mech parts and the MAS (Mech Assembly Station) interface being a bit shorter, making the expansion slots and the "x" that closes the interface stick out of the areas where they're supposed to be.

2. For some reason (and I don't know why) the Bigger Teleport GUI mod that I use is kinda wonky with this (I use Bigger Teleport GUI 3x), all of the teleport locations seem to be centered (unless it's intentional? Idk it just looks a bit odd...)

Oh and while I'm here, I always wanted a UI mod that was compatible with BL2 Shields mod, is there a possibility to implement a feature like that?

I love this UI so far! Just a little heads up, I noticed an okay button on the startup tab with mod installation warning is a bit too offset to the right. Just a little thing I noticed. :D

I will assume, as the case is with many mods, use with FU is not recommended until a patch is made?

The weird bug with some of the tooltips in frackin' universe should be fixed now. If I missed anything, please let me know.
