British Isles (Custom Map)

Description
6-8 player custom map of the British Isles (60x80)
- one version with only native resources
- another one with exotic resources/natural wonders

The map may not show up if you haven't installed Civ5 on the C drive, fix this by copying
the map-file from /MyGames/Civ5/Mods/British Isles (Custom Map) to /Steamapps/Common/Civ5/Assets/Maps.

My CivV is installed on C, and the maps still do not appear.

I upscaled some regions for the sake of better playablility - this is not a 1:1 copy of the british isles please keep that in mind.

Australia and Lonely Island have about the same % of resources as this map.

I personally don't like the abundance of resources in most Civ5 maps, it doesn't really require smart trading or conquest (just as in the real-world). Glad you like it :)

great map, especially as resources are rare in the native version
