Description
8 player map of Australia, 80x80
- one version with realistic climatic zones
- another one with stylised climate
- unique starting positions
- handplaced, balanced resources

The map may not show up if you haven't installed Civ5 on the C drive, fix this by copying
the map-file from /MyGames/Civ5/Mods/Australia (Custom Map) to /Steamapps/Common/Civ5/Assets/Maps.

Looks good. The Peninsulas on Western Australia are abit oversized however.

The map pack now contains two maps: a new one with realistic climate zones (e.g. more desert, less jungle/grassland) and the old more stylised map.
I uploaded more screens so that you can compare them more easily.

@ Shakemaker: Yes, I think some resources I used were added in the add-ons

Well i'm fine with it but mabye because it's a map pack, you could create a more, desert-filled map

I know that some parts are kind of overrepresented, but for the sake of diversity there are more plains, rainforests and natural wonders. It's a really big map and I thought it would become boring if everywhere was desert, except on the coasts.

If you can't live with the current representation, just think of Australia 10.000BC ;)

Rainforest isn't that prosperous in Northern Territory its more of a Queensland thing. Although I love what your trying to do.

I think it shouldn't have as much grassland as it does, and also a bit less plains
