Rad's Camera Mod

Description
Idea based on "Shanga's JA2 Isometric Camera" mod, but with a fixed turned angle. It let's you simply zoom in and zoom out more than the original camera does, and will work flawlessly with keyboard scrolling.

Thanks goes to Shanga, as this mod would not exist without his original mod.
