Dragon Balls and a lot of other things

Description
Adds the Dragon Balls from popular manga and anime "Dragon Ball" by Akira Toriyama. Creates a Dragon Ball for a random ruler each year until there are seven in the world. If you have enough learning you can create a Dragon radar that will help to know where they are.The idea is that you could be an adventurer and travel the world getting the balls. The radar should help if you are landed, if even then they are too far away, you should join the TPO and buy more radars.

Adds some artifacts related to the emperor of the universe and a couple of events for joining his organization.
If you are a landed ruler: every five years there is a 50% chance that you are offered the oportunity to join the Planet Trade Organization. When you have the moddifer you will get a couple of decisions.
This only works for players.

Also Demon King Piccolo can appear, and added the namekian trait and decisions for namekians. You can use game rules to decide if and how the shadow dragons can spawn, they also can be created by a evil namekian with the dragon balls.

I also added a decisions to learn from Roshi, Korin and a Kai. there are simplified decisions for adventurers. They give a couple of artifacts and modifiers.

Added traits, events and decisions for Saiyans. Including a Saiyan Invasion event that spawns a Saiyan Royalty and 15 of their subordinates to invade the world.

For now only one Frost Demons will spawn and only in the Frieza invasion event, if he dies then the decisons for alien vassals are disabled until a player revives him.
If Frieza invasion is disabled then the events will act as normal.

The Red Ribbon army can appear as a weak ruler. if you use the game rules to allow them to create Cell, be careful.

Notes:
I am not a writer and english in not my first language, so if you would like to correct me, add or change something, just tell me.
I didn't touch any vanilla files, so it should be compatible with everything.
I apreciate any help with balancing, sometimes i write some code, make sure it works, then jump to the next thing and forget to actually see how it feels in gameplay.

@Myphicbowser ok, i will create one server, let's see how this goes. @Gniadex Curious, i wonder what was the problem, it's supposed to always be possible, as long as the character has the dragon ball. i could add the elite saiyan as a special MAA that only people with the saiyan royalty modfier can recruit. i think i will link the androids MAA to the Red Ribbon Army, so that if you have the title you can recruit them, or if you don't have the RR you can ask them to sell you some androids.

Thx Daniel! I didn't have options to buy Dragon Balls in my previous campaign, don't know why. But started new one (with new mods) and now I have it! <3

About MAA I was thinking about more elite Sayians Warrior, and androids after destroiyng RR Army.. For now..

You could always just kinda let it self moderate, small mod discords don't seem to have huge problems with people being awful, but obviously its your choice! I just think that since you don't have a pinned Suggestions or Bug Reports discussion a better way to handle those would be through discord

Just hoping to help you keep organized, its hard to do it but worth it!

@Myphicbowser it's not a bad idea, but i really don't want to moderate a server, i only open discord twice a day, mostly to see if any big ck3 mod or game i follow has a update. also i have been in the internet long enough to know that if you let people say whaterver they want. they get anoying fast. i would love more feedback, but i am not sure if it's going to be worth the effort to mantain.

I know I asked already about this but have you re-considered a discord? Somewhere to get some bug reports in a more controlled way perhaps? You could even get some localization help to! A Discord is a great way to get community feedback and a large amount of bug reports that can be read easily instead of the silly way that Steam workshop comments are done

@ApexAdams I want the mod to be compatible with everything, so i won't limit a title to a specific location, it will be like the decision to create a new kingdom, that requires you to have a certain amount of duchies and put them as de jure of the new kingdom. Namekians and the members of Frieza's race have a decision to have children(In canon Namekians basicaly clone themselves, and we have no idea how the members of Frieza's race reproduce) Namekians can also chose what childhood trait their kids will have, so they have more control over the education of their children.

@danielmaster56789 Could the Hegemony Title be Anywhere on the Map or will it be Somewhere Specific, also how does Frieza and the Namekian race have kids cause Frieza had a Kid during my Playthrough

@Gniadex you can get the scouter from the Frieza event as a gift, even if you play as a random polish or norse dude(as long as you are a ruler with land), Frieza's visit needs to be set to yes in the gamerules. you should be able to buy the dragon balls or even just "Ask" nicely(i recomend having a bigger army and a good relationship), the character interaction should be in the "diplomacy" interactions, tell me if you can't see them, it may be a bug. about the MAA,nicely right now i am not planning to add anything else, if you have a good idea i can add it.

@ApexAdams thanks for telling me how it's working, i don't put much time into testing. next i will add the race of majin buu to have all the xenoverse races, and slowly add more content specific to each race(create a saiyan hegemony title and things like that). i would love to do some 3D modeling for clothing, but have no experience in that, and my pc can barely run blender(not well), so that will have to wait until i get a better pc(mine is a decade old at this point)
