Necromancy Recruitment Cost Reworked - Submod

Greetings,
i love (!!) the original Necromancy Mod from "All is Dust", but was never a big fan of the recruitment cost system.
It felt everytime too cost heavy and then too fast it costs nothing.
i wanted to address it in a way YOU want it.

What it does:
This mod add MCT options to adjust the formula. You can change the base value, the reduction bonus per level and the minimum value you can reach with this adjustment.

base_value = 0% means that the units have standard recruitment costs.

So for example the standard values are
base_value: 150
per_level: 10
min_value: -100
then you should reach around level 15 the normal costs of a unit and on level 25 the -100. The good thing is, you can change this values on the MCT Necromancy Section!

IMPORTANT!!
I need to overwrite the original scripts, so this mod need to be ABOVE the original Necromancy mod.

no, at the moment the MCT Options and only to adjust the recruitment costs of gold, not the bone collection system

i changed the script now and implement a very easier version to understand. base value, reduction per level and minimum value now work as you think.
0% base value means standard costs.
If you want to play with 0 recruitment cost, you need to start on base value -100 and 0 redcution per level
