This mod adds a ton of content while maintaining the vanilla gameplay.

USF: 34 new units (49 total)
Soviet: 42 new units (56 total)
Wehrmacht: 33 new units (48 total)
Oberkommando: 30 new units (46 total)
British: 31 new units (48 total)

Features
  • 170 new units from commanders, singleplayer, alphas and custom creations
  • 1000+ custom images for a better user experience
  • Many new upgrades to customize units and find new ways to play

  • Improved critical system which depends on impact location
  • Rear hits cause more severe criticals than frontal hits

  • Unit descriptions contain equipped weapons, effective range and available upgrades

  • The AI is heavily modified to use the new content and be much smarter, with less cheats!
  • Plane crashes won't instantly kill infantry squads, but the fire will be fatal over time
  • A lot of inconsistencies and bugs from the base game are standardized and fixed
  • The HQ's have additional upgrades to unlock passive abilities
  • Commander abilities that are no longer useful are replaced with other abilities
  • The limit of one heavy tank at a time is removed
  • USF Base Reorganization is included.

AI Improvements
  • Fully adapted to use the expanded tech trees
  • Adapts its build order during the match
  • Communicates with other AI teammates to use different build orders
  • Uses infantry at their most effective distance, and in cover where possible
  • Retreats infantry earlier and moves back with tanks for repairs
  • Better resource management, waits for stronger units and spends everything
  • Expert is much more difficult than in vanilla

How to install
  1. Subscribe the mod on this page.
  2. (re)Start the game.
  3. Setup a custom game.
  4. Go to Options.
  5. Select this mod at Tuning pack.
  6. And have fun!
How to update
  1. (re)Start the game.
  2. Go to Modding Hub.
  3. Go to Manage (upper right tab).
  4. Click on Refresh.
  5. Wait until all subscribed items are validated and updated, this can take a while.

This incredible journey took almost 10 years and has truly changed my life. The overwhelming feedback from the community was amazing to work with. A huge thanks to everyone who helped the mod to grow and improve!

@Update,

The previous patch applied a huge infantry balance pass. This patch contains several tweaks based on feedback and new insights. These are subtle numerical changes again.
In general, dps of squads with 6 members is slightly decreased due to their large salvos. While some expensive 4 men squads have slightly increased dps to help their competitiveness. Semi automatic rifles have been adjusted to be a bit less accurate at long range compared to bolt action rifles.

+ important bugfixes.

Oh boy, lol I had a good laugh with the hotkeys "complaint". In the end, it's so weird why this game literally prohibit us to change the hotkeys, have to use autohotkey, etc

Anyway, great mod, thank you very much

@danzloblaha13, I'm sorry to hear that. Due to the additional content many hotkeys where used multiple times and had to be tweaked. Feel free to suggest changes.

just wanted to let you know i am gratefull for this mod and also i hate you D: cause you changed positions and hotkeys with it for sturmpïoneers and i use hotkeys so didnt realise for couple times lately why flame throwers ... botchered my games quite a bit -,- see ya (^-^)/

@Rovaeden, The setting detect_squads_in_camoflauge is already set to false for all AI difficulties. I don't know why they still know where it is, perhaps they remember the last seen location based on the threat_map?

@Detective Engieman, Sprinting while being off map would be best. I have to experiment if this is possible.

The AI (regardless of difficulty) always knows exactly where my camouflaged Sniper on hold-fire is hiding. (AI units will walk right up to my sniper until they get close enough to reveal then blow him away.)
Any way to fix this?

That is a good point yes, Hmmm would it be possible to make them only sprint when off map, Or maybe make it so the sprint doesn't work if theres enemys in the HQ sector, (im not actually sure if thats even possible with the mod tools)

@Detective Engieman, I think such a change will negatively impact annihilation games. Destroying a base is already tedious and will be more annoying when the other player is sprinting all the time.

Been playing this for a long time at this point, am loving it so much, but i feel like i spend so much time waiting for my units to show up, seen how everything comes in off map now. So i had an idea, of making it so Infantry always sprint while in the HQ Sector, just to speed things up a bit, Would do wonders for certain Custom maps, where New units start so far off map it takes them a good 15 seconds just to enter the map
