But races with eye genes have that data re-forced onto them, hence why eyegenes2 fixes it.
So i assume the fix would be to have some sort of fallback eye gene kinda like how the heads are handled, if no eye color gene is specified with just a default RGB value.
It would be samey but it would look better than nothing.
Obviously alot of HAR races are affected as well.
I will note this issue is very similar to if you try to change one of the eye colors in the character editor mod. The facial animation menu works fine, but if i did any adjusting in character editor it would usually result in it blanking out one of the eyes requiring me usually to adjust the left eye first then the right eye, because doing the left eye last would mess up the right eye.
To those who have issues with random white eyes:
Use the 2 other mods provided by the same author
https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3501317734
https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3501317537
Those two don't have any issues, for me at least. This one bugs out eyes.
There's another one by a different author - https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3523477637 , but it doesn't work nearly as well.
So I will keep subscribed to this mod, but not have it active until you increase its version number again. Don't stress out over it.
