[VScript] Audible Attack Music For Infected Players

Description
Always disliked how attacking as a special infected is kinda boring and silent? Well now you can listen to your pinning SI's attack theme as they rip up those damned survivors!

Includes support for smoker's tongue dragging music and charger's grabbing sound.

I have my own bacteria sound system for versus in the works, but I also do have interest in letting special infected hear the same ambient music survivors do.
