Description

Both RED and BLU team have had amazing ideas;
BLU team have set up a flower shop front, to sell RED flowers and sneak cameras into the enemy base...
... RED team built a giant gun.

Welcome to Artillery, a fast paced, chaotic 2cp A/D map set in a gorgeously vegetated sunset city. This is where RED team have built their ENOURMOUS, RIDABLE gun, and coincidentally also exactly where BLU team want to blow it up.

This map has been developed and iterated on over the past 11 months to provide for a unique and engaging Attack/Defend experience - nothing encapsualtes this better than The Gun.
The Gun is a pivotal gameplay element that both teams can access and stand on as it pivots around, granting dynamic highground over different areas of last & an invaluable vantage point for both sieging and defending, well... itself.
That isn't to say that the rest of the map is any less captivating though! The gritty streets and run down garages of this map provide for many interesting gameplay scenarios centered around height advantages & the shaded nooks and crannies that this map provides.

got a chance to play a round of this on a community server, the map is extremely pretty, but the colors are so vibrant, and the areas are so cluttered with vegetation and other visual details, that it can be pretty hard to look at it and actually tell what's going on without some eye strain. all the details are just as eye-catching as the stuff that actually matters.

Thanks for all the comments, I took somewhat of a break from map making for a few months and am slowly getting back into the swing of things. Planning on updating the map some time before christmas to deal with some reported performance issues & fixing issues with bots (as well as some gameplay improvements ive been cooking up)
