Bickerstaffs trip into London

Description
On Sunday the 23rd of November 2014 Lord Bickerstaff took a trip up to London for a couple of days. Due to engineering works he was diverted via Crystal Palace, this scenario recreates that journey. Thanks for the scenrio. I especially like the Stewart's Lane track, which isn't used enough imho.

Like the alternative route stops scenarios become boring when same track is used. Very enjoyable
