Update to Primarchs by ktor v 2d

Reclassing Primarchs to not all be commanders.
Changed some ethics for a little more diversity among them.
Will be looking into primarchs traits with help from some 40k nerds

This mod adds primarchs. Each of them has its own unique trait, which gives bonuses to the armies and fleets they can control. Lead the legions, led by the sons of the Emperor, into battle and bring the dawn of humanity, a new and better era.
However, your decisions can be fatal for the Empire under construction. Other forces are eager to take over the primarchs, and a wrong step could be the beginning of the Age of Darkness, a civil war in the midst of a burning Galaxy.

Functions the Same as old version.

NOTE:
Without Utopia DLC: You can immediately launch "the Primarch Project" through the appropriate edict.

With Utopia DLC: Need to have "Gene seed purification" tech Which you get from genetic ascension tradition. Then launch the edict for850 Influence.
