Works in dead center, dark carnival, the passing and the parish.

I was considering that after checking the game files and finding out that the parish mission file was missing, but after thinking about it, i decided to not do it, as the theme of the sacrifice and the passing are very different. One being dark and gritty and the other fanfic come true (love both of them, but the passing more)

i feel it could work best in sacrifice aswell considering the sacrifice is based in the same area as the passing rayford, georgia
