Description
Many of these ammunition types are compatible with select vehicles in RimThunder and The Dead Man's Switch - Motorized. I've written quite a few additional explanations in the discussion thread – highly recommend you check them out

For the sake of the game's TPS, I have not fully replicated the "massive fragmentation" setting for all ammunition. Some of them require pre-mod(links at the bottom)
New fragments produced by the new ammo will not get unlimited flight distance

Existing ammunition will be annotated below the ammunition type name
:
AHEAD
: 30x173 PMC308, 35x228 PMD062
If your turret has CIWS capability, a single AHEAD round can intercept incoming projectiles or supply pods. (For gameplay and management simplicity, these use normal ammunition instead of a dedicated AmmoSet)

HE Proximity/Time-Fuzed
: 30x173 MK310
Also effective in CIWS. The fuse function allows them to precisely release fragments only forward at a distance of one grid in front of the target. The fragments can fly over walls and attack unprotected targets on the other side that are not covered by a roof.

Guided Missile:
LAHAT Anti-Tank Missile (105x607mmR,105x617mmR,120mm),GP105 Anti-Tank Missile (105x617mmR),9M119M1 "Invar-M1" Gun-Launched Anti-Tank Missile (125mm 2A46),9M119F1 Thermobaric Missile (125mm 2A46),KONUS Anti-Tank Missile (120mm),GMM Anti-Tank Missile (84x246mmR,Gustaf ),9M133FM-2 "Kornet" (proximity fuze)


In addition to these ammunition types, I've also added guidance patches to all missiles in the RimThunder series, giving them guided capabilities. At the same time, I've implemented a proximity fuze patch for the 125mm 3OF26 and 120mm HE

Multi-Purpose:
DM11(HE-MP,120mm,Proximity Fuze),M908(HE-OR-T,120mm),M830A1(HEAT-MP,120mm,Proximity Fuze)


API(cermet core):
12.7x108,14.5x114

It is equivalent to a Sabot with bullet damage and penetration that falls between that of a standard Sabot and an API, while also incorporating incendiary damage

FAP(Frangible Armour Piercing):
20x102(PEA280),25x137(PGU48/B)
Each FAP round is armed with a penetrator consisting of individual frangible heavy metal pellets and heavy metal sub-projectiles. After penetrating the target envelope, the heavy metal pellets disintegrate into multiple fragments

FAPDS(Frangible Armour Piercing Discarding Sabot):
23x152mmB,25x137,30x173(PMC283,FAPIDS),35x228(PMD055)
FAPDS can be simply regarded as FAP with higher penetration capability. Similar to FAP, the design objective of this ammunition type is to engage both hard and soft targets

PELE(Penetrator with Enhanced Lateral Effect):
20x102(M-DN203),30x173(PMC384), 120mm(DM63PELE)
PELE is a new type of ammunition without a fuse or explosive. The combination of two materials with different densities causes the shell to disintegrate in the target zone without the need for an explosive charge or fuse

HEI (High Explosive Incendiary):
20x42,20x82Mauser(M-Geschoss),20x99mmRShVAK,20x110Hispano,20x128Oerlikon,20x138mmB,20x139,23x115,25x137(M792),30x165,30x170,30x173,35x228(PMD048),40x365Bofors(M811)

This type of ammunition combines high-explosive and incendiary functions, and I have also endowed it with a modest kinetic penetration capability (Bullet damage), rather than solely relying on blast, burn, and fragmentation effects.Enemies will not carry HEI rounds

SAP(Se-mi Armour Piercing)
20x42,20x82Mauser,20x110Hispano(SAPI),20x128Oerlikon,25x137(PGU32/U),30x113mmB,30x173(MK240),35x228(PMD044),40x365(slhpgr m/43),57x438Bofors,105x617mmR(BTM-1)
This type of ammunition combines semi-armor-piercing and high-explosive capabilities (some also incorporate incendiary functions), primarily designed to engage lightly armored targets and soft targets

STUN(Non-lethal Flashbang Grenade):
105x617mmR(M436),120mm (M337)
Enemies will not carry STUN rounds

HESH(High Explosive Squash Head):
90mm(DM502),105x617mmR(DM512)
This is a type of ammunition designed to penetrate armored targets by creating a shockwave upon impact, rather than piercing through the armor. It is commonly used in anti-fortification missions

Smoke WP(Smoke filled with White Phosphorus):
76.2x385mmR,90mm(M313),100x695mmR(3UD3),105x617mmR(M416),120mm
Enemies will not carry Smoke WP rounds.

APFSDS(Armor-Piercing Fin-Stabilized Discarding Sabot):
100x695mmR(M1000A1),105x617mmR(M1060CV),120mm(DM63)

APFSDS is a type of kinetic energy penetrator ammunition used primarily in tank guns to defeat armored targets. The projectile consists of a dense penetrator, usually made of a heavy metal such as tungsten or depleted uranium

In the game, it can continue to propel fragments forward after hitting a target, which distinguishes it from the Sabot ammunition in CE

HE-OR-T(120mm M908):
The M908 is a modified version of the M830A1 HEAT-MP round, with its proximity fuse removed and replaced by a steel nose cone for destroying concrete barriers.

Cluster:

A cluster munition is a weapon consisting of a container or dispenser from which many submunitions or bomblets are scattered over wide areas

Shrapnel:
40x365Bofors,76.2x385mmR,125mm 2A46
Shrapnel is a type of munition designed to release a large number of high-speed metal fragments or Pellets over a target area.Enemies will not carry Shrapnel

Canister:

Cannon-launched canister shot is primarily used for close-range anti-light target missions. Upon firing, the pellets disperse in a fan-shaped pattern, creating a wide-area coverage.Enemies will not carry these Canister

APHE:

APEX Projectile:

84x246的制导导弹好像只有炸伤没有子弹伤,其他类型的制导不知道有没有这个问题

Ah yes, it is a problem with the mods im using.
Im using the mod Locals CE Longshots, plus the rest of his mods, and they are outdated at 1.5.
I left them in the mod list because the author said they still work with 1.6+dlc but i didnt think about other mods at that time.
Also the author doesnt seem to plan to update the mods so there is no need to look into anything i guess.
Weirdly enough its just the FAP ammo on one out of around seven weapons from this mod that shows the -not patched for CE-

@cedy_games_vraze May I ask if the 20x102mm weapon you are using comes from any other mods? Some mods' weapons use their own AmmoSet, and I might not have patched them.
